WAFER STICK TWO LINES MACHINE
TYPE WS-2-99

Is designed in a new style of this kind of machinery in this era. Be made of fully stainless steel, which accord with the international health standards.

This machine series allow the fully automatic manufacture of rolled wafer sticks. Unfilled rolled wafer stickd are an excellent accompaniment to ice cream and fruit salads. When filled with cream, they are a popular sweet snack. This machine makes rolled wafer sticks complete with cream, but if required they can also make rolled wafer sticks that only have their inner wall lined with cream or compound mass. The rolled wafer stick can be made particularly attractive by using 2 (two) different colored batters.

To make the stick, the batter is poured into the backing drum, baked, turned into continuous nozzle, filled with cream, cut and fed down a slide to a collecting conveyor. The stickes are filled with cream through a hole inside of the nozzle during winding and this does not affect the capacity of the machine.

The thickness of the trip of batter can be adjusted. Using different nozzle can vary the diameter of rolled wafer sticks. This nozzle`s speed is variable and adjustable. A Photoelectric sensor activates the rotating knives and the stick`s cut length is adjusted in one simple manual operating, with cutting tolerance +/- 1 mm.

This machine is heated by LPG with gas covsumption only 6 kg/hour and a temperature sensor measures the temperature of the baking drum, which is indicated on the external control panel. The production capacity of this macine is 160 pices/minute.
